Tarakeswar Shrabani Sangrahalaya
During the auspicious Tarakeswar Shrabani Mela 2024, a special Sangrahalaya (exhibition) was held on the premises of the Tarakeswar Tourism Lodge to showcase the history of the Tarakeswar Temple and pilgrimage during the holy month of Shraban. An exhibition of old photographs, documents, and information boards about the temple’s origin and significance was done.
This initiative was taken by the Hooghly District Administration. The exhibition helped pilgrims understand about the spiritual and cultural significance of the temple. It was a simple yet meaningful way to share the rich heritage of Tarakeswar temple.
